To change how often a jar ships, or which jar, email support@taketare.com and we change it for you. The account page does not do those two.
Never share your sign-in code.
Cancelling
Two ways, and both work. In your account: press cancel, confirm once, and billing and delivery stop at once. We ask nothing on the way out. Or email support@taketare.com and say cancel: no form and no reason needed, and it counts from the moment it reaches us — any charge after it is refunded in full.
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a delivery already sent. The Standard Guarantee does that: within 60 days of delivery, one email gets a full refund of the price, once per product per customer; shipping isn't refunded, and there is nothing to send back.

We email you and try again three more times, a week apart. We never cancel or pause a subscription because a payment failed, and we never add a fee. If it still cannot be collected, that delivery is skipped and nothing ships for it; the next one is charged on its usual date. Update the card in your account and the next attempt uses it.
